If you’re looking to make a difference and work on "Missions that Matter" we encourage you to make SRA your employer of choice.The Department is interested in developing an ISR Integration Roadmap that identifies the full range of actions (using the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leadership and Education, People, Material, and Facilities construct) necessary to achieve a transformational intelligence capability consistent with the DoD s Congressional Justification Book. " SRA shall design an ISR Integration Roadmap that will provide and document all DoD changes to the Intelligence Architecture and new ISR business processes as identified by Service budget actions. The Roadmap will clearly spell out the how the transformational changes in the new ISR architecture impact the DoD and its personnel. The ISR Integration Roadmap shall contain sections that: describe the objectives of the ISR Integration roadmap, including the overarching intelligence capabilities that the Department will work to deliver in the next budget year; describe the transformational and on-going ISR Integration activities, both within the COCOMs / Services / Agencies, and the cross-cutting OSD activities; define how this ISR roadmap fits with other on-going Departmental activities (transformational and non-transformational); assess current policies related to the ISR integration need; provide a common definition by which ISR will be described in this roadmap, using business process descriptions already in use and new transformational processes as defined; identify critical gaps, transformational capability needs and requirements that will drive this roadmap; identify related critical activities that support the ISR roadmap; evaluate current and proposed ISR force mixes; provide a management summary, with supporting details, of possible areas for specific ISR integration and technology opportunities, with an assessment of what the specific opportunity provides; incorporate the above results into an integrated investment strategy for achieving 1) an integration of DoD ISR capabilities that ensures sustainment of needed tactical and operational efforts, and 2) efficient investment in new ISR capabilities. This Integration Roadmap, in turn, will ensure that all relevant DoD personnel will know their roles and responsibilities." Along with Roadmap support, SRA will provide support for Battlespace Awareness Portfolio. This support will include the creation and management of an instructional report to maintain all functional areas for the Battlespace Awareness.Task 2: Internal and External Department Coordination Support via ISR Integration Council Secretariat" Develop and support exercises that enable advancement of ISR Mission Areas and proficiency of the ISR workforce. " Support, as required, the planning and organization of informational conferences, meetings and other interactions that support transformation of the ISR mission areas through the ISR Integration Council Secretariat. The ISR Council is the forum for USG intelligence seniors to discuss DoD ISR transformation goals and strategies. For conferences, the contractor shall assist in developing the concept and agenda, keeping in mind that this is part of a continuing dialogue among key stakeholder groups designed to enable the enhancement of ISR Mission Areas.A current TS/SCI is required by our client. Additionally, SRA offers a vision PPO with low co-pays for routine vision exams and lenses. For our retired military population, SRA provides a TRICARE Supplement benefit in lieu of the medical PPO. SRA will even reimburse the TRICARE Prime annual enrollment fee to eligible employees. SRA also offers an employee assistance program and administers a flexible spending account that pays for uninsured health expenses with pre-tax dollars.Other Insurance:SRA offers free disability and life insurance, as well as business travel accident insurance.Retirement Savings: SRA encourages employees to contribute a tax-deferred portion of their incomes to a 401(k) plan including mutual funds managed by Fidelity Investments.
