Senior C2 / C4ISR Systems Engineer

The Responsibilities: Participate in all phases of system development for Command & Control (C2) and C4ISR systems.  Includes developing Operational Concept Models, high-level system architecture developments, providing system requirements definition, analytical system modeling, and complex system integration planning and execution to support Battle Management systems.   Provide support to US Military C4ISR and Battle Command business pursuits.  Apply knowledge from a broad range of engineering disciplines to develop system solutions.  Work with customers, users, and project teams to define, analyze and meet customer needs.  Provide leadership and expertise in applying systematic processes to Concept of Operation, trade study, analysis, design, implementation, integration and test activities. Support the pursuit of new business through development of technical briefings, system design concepts, business plans and proposals. This position involves some business development, project management and systems engineering skills.   The Requirements:- BS degree in a technical field and 15+ years of experience.  - Technical expertise is required in C2 and C4 systems, including system architecting and the full life cycle of system engineering.  - Previous technical leadership success on large system programs is desired.  - Has demonstrated strengths and experience in the following areas:   - Systems engineering artifact generation (i.e., system requirements, systems design). - Understanding of the entire life cycle of a system development program - Understanding of service based architectures - Knowledge and exposure to currently deployed US Navy, US Marine Corps and US Army and systems is desired. Knowledge of C4ISR systems in general is required.  Other experiences: - Former Sailor or Marine highly desirable - Understanding of Combat System Development Process & Requirements Generation process   - Understanding of the DOD's ATD and ACTD Process is desirable  Experience in any of the following programs is desirable:ForceNet, LandWarNet, UOC, COC, GCCS-M, MAGTF-C2, CAC2S, CESAS, M2C2, NECC, ETCS, ELB, TDN, DTC, DACT, M-DACT, C2PC, FBCB2, TOC, AFATDS, ASAS, JSTARS CGS, DCGS.  - Must be able to travel 20% of the time. - U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance is required.  MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
