Senior Contracts Administrator will work in the Contracts, Pricing, and Procurement (CP&P) Department. The successful candidate will have superlative organization skills, and be an expert on multiple software tools.

Responsibilities:

•  Direct the work load of the contract closeout administrators and student interns.
•  Create and implement a file maintenance and record retention program for Company TSS CP&P, which can be ported to the Customer Solutions Operating Group.
•  Review and analyzes major cost proposals from both a cost and term and condition perspective.
•  Manage the department budget using various tools, including Excel and Access.
•  Proven research skills, which will be used to help develop price-to-win numbers.
•  Summarize the latest DoD rules and regulations, which will be disseminated to the CP&P staff.
•  Train CP&P personnel on various contacts, including ethics and OCIs.
•  Represent Company's TSS CP&P organization at professional organizations such as NCMA, NDIA, and PSC.
•  Represent Company's TSS CP&P organization in its outreach programs to small business.

Must have the following:
1) ERP implementation experience
2) Legal research expertise
3) Knowledge of the DoD contracting environment
4) Experience working for a large contracting firm
5) Bachelors Degree plus 6 years of related experience.
6) Eligible to obtain a DoD Top Secret/SCI CI Poly Security Clearance.
