Senior Electrical Engineer II

LOCATION: EL SEGUNDO, CA 90245 Job Description: Senior Member of Receiver/Exciter Team. This position is responsible for the Design, Test, and characterization of Receiver/Exciter modules and PWBs for Tactical Airborne and Space systems. Responsibilities will span from detailed design analysis to supervision of board level layout and integration and test of the products. This position will also require guiding/mentoring junior engineers on multiple design tasks. Required Skills: · 6+ years of RF Hardware design experience. · Good Communication skills. · Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplined development team. · Ability to manage and mentor other design engineers. · Able to juggle multiple parallel design/development efforts. · Ability to obtain an SSBI clearance. Desired Skills: · Familiarity with Radar System & Subsystem Development processes and expertise on Receiver/Exciter functionality. · Good understanding of receiver requirements, detailed circuit design, troubleshooting, report writing and presentation skills. · Experience with integration of module level products into higher level systems. · Skilled in RF simulation tools including ADS. Required Education(including Major): Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
