Cradle to grave contract management responsibilities from proposal development, administration through close-out. Administer complex, large-scale federal contracts and assist with the development of proposals in a cost disclosed environment. This position requires extensive knowledge of FAR, FAR supplements and CAS. Candidate to lead and/or assist with the negotiation of terms and conditions, identify risk and present risk mitigation strategy in both RFP and contract reviews. Individual must have strong written and verbal skills to effectively interface with all levels of Unisys management and Government officials. Work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines.
