Senior Laser Engineer

Position:  Senior Laser Engineer and Laser Engineer Location:  New Mexico Experience:  7+ years Education:  BS Physics, Engineering, Optics or related field/MS preferredJob Description: The Laser Engineer will provide technical capabilities and support for development of advanced lasers.  Activities will include the design, development, and testing of compact, pulsed solid-state laser subsystems. Qualifications and Responsibilities: *Senior Laser Engineer will lead technical team *Senior Laser Engineer will be responsible for technical requirements and accomplishments *Laser Engineer will become primary member of technical team *will formulate project approaches, execution and deliverables *will work with other departments in supporting projects *knowledge of non-linear conversation techniques *laser design, development and testing experience *systems and project management experience *hands on experience with laser systems *remote sensing and lidar experience a plus *Must be a US Citizen please contact bmurray@mri-rtp.com MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
