Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Job Requisition Number: Q10944 The Senior Lead Business System Analyst is the site point-of-contact for internal customers who require assistance with application solutions. The position is located in Santa Clara, CA supporting the Land & Armaments Operating Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for business analysis and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. The position has the responsibility to supervise the Santa Clara applications project team. This position requires the management of multiple projects, programming standards, quality and change control processes. The candidate must have the ability to monitor/develop work plans to implement simple to complex systems into production; Provide detailed technical and functional guidance and expertise to project team members and partners; and Develop formal estimates of work assignments and identify critical success factors for work assignments. Must Have the Following: U.S. Citizen. 14+ Years with HS or 10+ Years with AA or 8+ Years with BS or 6+ Years with MS or 3+ Years with PhD. Ability to effectively communicate project information within IS and with partners. Supervisory experience in a technology related position. In-depth functional and technical understanding of systems and interfacing systems. Knowledge of Financial, Manufacturin and Engineering concepts. Ability to listen, understand and interpret end-customer requirements.Prefer to Have the Following: Oracle eBusiness Suite experience. Project Management.
