Senior Manager, Human Resources

_ ITT Communication Systems (CS)In this exciting role, you will report to the VP of Human Resources for ITT's Communications Systems group, managing a portfolio of domestic and international projects that support key growth initiatives. You will be an experienced best-practices champion, leading projects and initiatives to more effectively attract, develop, reward, and retain talent both in the US and internationally. You will be directly responsible for establishing an HR infrastructure internationally as new global business opportunities emerge in overseas markets. The successful candidate will have experience in opening new offices in international locations, specifically in Eastern Europe. Equivalent Education Required: Bachelor's Degree and Master's degree in Human Resources, business or equivalent. SPHR certification a plus. Experience Required: 10+ years of human resources management experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in an international Human Resource management role to include international compensation, relocation, expatriate assignments, law, policy and recruitment. Experience in a Defense Contractor is a must. Experience in HR leadership roles in Eastern Europe is strongly desired, but will consider a strong track record of launching new HR organizations in several foreign markets with evidence that you understand the unique HR challenges of international facilities launches in a defense environment.Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
