Senior Program Analyst

Requirements (experience, certifications, specialized areas of expertise).

Security Clearance: Top Secret. Acquisition Level II or III or equivalent certification. Strong technical/engineering in communications and electronics equipment.

 

Job Duties

Provides quick reaction Program/Project Management Support for C4ISR systems. Coordinates program activities and schedules and works with the Government Contracting Officer and Vendors to acquire  desired services, products, and systems. Prepares program documentation in support of the Milestone Decision process to include SOO/SOW, System Specifications, CDRLs, Section L and M of the Government's contract solicitation, Acquisition Program Baseline, Single Acquisition Management Plans, Test and Evaluation Plans, Milestone Decision memorandum, System Production Certification, and Fielding and Deployment Release. Develops source selection plans and assists in the documentation supporting the recommendation provided by the Source Selection Board to the Source Selection Authority. Assists in the development of program Budget Estimate Submissions and Program Objective Memorandum. Works with program office, end-user and vendor to keep program on schedule and below cost. As necessary, briefs the end-user, Assistant Program Manager, Program Manager, Progrom Executive Officer, and Acquisition Executive.
