Function as a Senior Level Performance Excellence (SME). Develop, update and maintain plans and schedules for Quality Control Inspections. Develop, maintain, control, and apply Performance Excellence documents, procedures, processes, and work instructions within PMO and across all site locations. Provide technical assistance in helping WTA organizations transition to new performance excellence processes and procedures. Provide technical guidance and assistance in establishing new Supplier Rating System templates and administration procedures, performing in a lead role as required. Provide technical assistance in establishing and conducting new performance planning and scheduling reviews as the program develops and grows. Develop new training plans and materials, support and conduct training as applied to performance excellence. Operate monitor and use the ATLAS MIS integrate platform of applications and processes as required to support performance excellence. Other automated and support tools will include but will not be limited to: ATLAS Portal, Maximo, Primavera, Active Risk Manager, eRoom, Lotus Notes, DOORS, Microsoft Office ApplicationsShall prepare, update, and submit SOP’s to the WTA Program/Deputy Program Manager for approval. Shall support the WTA Program/Deputy Program Managers as he/she conducts quality inspections and assessments, to include assisting in the resolution of all deficiencies. Shall participate in coordinated WTA training events regarding WTA policies and procedures such as safety briefings, and customer satisfaction. Shall participate in operations management meetings hosted by the WTA operations manager, to include reporting of performance metrics and all personnel actions, as established by the contract and SOP’s, to the operations manager. oAll WTA employees shall be cross-trained to support other PMO support services as required. Experience RequirementsSupport the War Fighter Focus Performance Excellence Manager with implementation of program quality system. Will also support supply chain staff with development and execution of Supplier Rating System. Duties including but not limited to significant digital ranges experience, specifically with the Digital Multipurpose Range Complex, Longbow TESS, and Aerial Weapons Scoring System (AWSS) with significant experience in instructional support at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center and School – in particular with quality management of instructional systems. • Must be US Citizen, fluent English speaker and reader.
