Senior Research Engineer - Radar

The Radar Systems Division of the Sensors and Electromagnetic Applications Laboratory (SEAL) at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is actively seeking a Senior Research Engineer in their Smyrna, GA (metro Atlanta) facilities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to lead project teams to successfully develop advanced RF sensors and systems including antennas, transmitters, receivers, and signal processing hardware along with integration and field testing. Experience in radar, electronic protection (EP), and electronic attack (EA) is a plus. The Radar Systems Division is one of three divisions in GTRI/SEAL under the leadership of Dr. William Melvin, 2008 IEEE Fellow and 2007 IEEE AESS Young Engineer of the Year [http://www.gtri.gatech.edu/seal].

Due to the unique nature of GTRI’s work U.S. Citizenship is required. Elevated security clearances are especially desirable.
