Senior Servo Control/Systems Engineer

 

 

ACUTRONIC USA, INC., the driving force in flight motion platforms for the aviation, space and maritime industries is seeking to build its Engineering team with a:

 Senior Servo Control/Systems Engineer

 

Your roles/responsibilities will include: 

·  Developing product specifications and test procedures from customer requirements

·  System integration of complex electro mechanical systems:  servo-component setup, tuning of servo loops, optical and dynamic measurements of new and retrofitted systems and troubleshooting

·  Factory acceptance testing at our facility and customer acceptance testing at the customer’s facility

·  Solving project related technical issues together with the Engineering department

 

Your qualifications/skills should include:

·  MS/PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred or BS and equivalent experience

·  Minimum of 7 years experience in servo control applications

·  Broad range of experience in high precision motion controls, electro mechanical systems including experience with hydraulic controls and AC/DC motor controls

·  Must have a thorough understanding of electro mechanical systems

·  Troubleshooting skills must encompass electronic, electrical, mechanical & hydraulic engineering, assembly and testing disciplines

·  Overnight travel required

·  Must be a United States citizen or permanent US resident
