Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize customer driven workflow applications on the OMNITROL sensor network platform Develop real-time visibility and traceability services utilizing RFID, WiFi and Real-Time Location tags  Integration development with relational database systems and legacy back-end warehouse management, inventory and supply-chain systems Customize and develop graphical user interfaces for reporting and provisioning services on the OMNITROL platform Develop software on mobile handheld devices integrating shop-floor operations with back-end database systems Support and develop customer demonstrations integrating RFID and sensor devices Support in the development of technical requirements and specifications for customer proposals and solutions

Requirements:

  Minimum five (5) years C/C++ programming experience in Linux/Unix Minimum three (3) years experience in object oriented design and development Strong experience with database systems and application integration  Minimum three (3) years Java/GUI development experience Strong experience with multi-processor and multi-threaded event driven programming and communications protocols to external devices Experience with wireless and sensor network products, such as RFID and antenna spectrum analysis is a plus Superior presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously The candidate must have an entrepreneurial attitude with high energy, drive, passion, excellent people skills and the reputation for making things happen Excellent written and verbal communication skills BS (MS preferred) in Computer Science
