Senior Staff Analyst

MTC Technologies, Inc. (MTC) provides a wide range of sophisticated system engineering, intelligence, information technology and program management solutions, primarily to the Department of Defense and various intelligence agencies. The Air Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System (AOC WS) Senior Staff Analyst (SSA) analyzes PACAF's Theater Battle Management (TBM) Command, Control, Communications, Computer Systems and Intelligence (C4I) systems and AOC WS, hardware, and software requirements for input into the Combat Air Forces current system design, development, and test process. The SSA assists in the identification of PACAF TBM C4I system and AOC WS oral, visual, and document release and disclosure requirements to include analysis of the information needed to satisfy PACAF's requirements and shall identify other C4I programs which may be applicable to the PACAF's TBM C4I and AOC WS requirements and determine the feasibility of integrating the program capabilities into the current or future architectures. As a subject matter expert, the SSA may be required to attend and deliver briefings to the Air Force, Service Component, and Joint TBM C4I and AOC WS working and steering groups. The SSA works with both the PACAF Staff and theater AOCs in development, implementation and monitoring of standardized training and certification programs for Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and Continuation Training (CT) for all identified duty positions within the AOC Weapon Systems. Normal duties include collection, analysis and evaluation of data pertinent to the management of PACAF's AOC Weapon Systems. The data is used to order necessary systems equipment to meet implementation, test, and fielding schedules and maintain a current status of system technical components, development activities, and delivery milestones.The SSA supports PACAF's TBM C4I and AOC WS on-going sustainment and operations and maintenance programs, attends PACAF and CAF TBM working and steering group meetings, and analyzes system management and support plans and processes. The SSA also analyzes the operational users' change requests, problem reports, and enhancement requests and provides technical assessments for validation. The SSA assists in validating TBM and AOC weapon systems' Communication-computer Systems Requirements Documents (CSRDs) and Configuration Change Proposals (CCPs) and evaluating proposed technical solutions for the CSRDs and CCPs. The position requires a strong systems administration background, Common Operational Picture experience, Master's degree relevant to the position, and minimum five years experience in Air Force major command C4I related activities.
