Senior Systems Analyst

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years experience.
*Proficient with the DoD Aquisition process.
*Integration, Information Assurance, Technical, Test and Evaluation Support, and Fielding with regards to the following programs: Joint Warning and Reporting Network Block II (JWARN Blk II), Joint Warning and Reporting Network Block 1E/F (JWARN 1E/F), Joint Effects Model (JEM), Joint Operational Effects Federation (JOEF)
*Understanding of information technology as it pertains to development of application software and hardware integration
Provide Technical, Test and Evaluation, and Integration support to ensure successful integration and interoperability of CBRN Battle Management Systems within the Marine Corps C4I architecture:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE PERFORMED:
•Coordinate and assist with the development of Information Assurance (IA) certifications / documents such as Interim Authority To Test (IATT), Interim Authority to Operate (IATO), Authority to Operate (ATO) and Application Security Plans (ASP) as applicable.
•Provide input and assessment of documents required to field the above programs to include, but not limited to, Material Fielding Letters, Manpower, Personnel and Training Plans (MP&TP).
•Provide personnel to assist the PM CBRN Team Leader and related program office personnel with technical issues during working groups, briefings, meetings, video teleconferences (VTC’s), teleconferences and integrated product team (IPT) meetings.
•Coordinate issues with program counter parts within Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Marine Corps Operational Test & Evaluation Activity (MCOTEA), and Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) and Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) C4I Product groups and with other participating Services.
•Coordinate issues with the Joint Program Manager for Information Systems (JPM-IS), Acquisition Program Managers (APM) and attend program meetings as requested / approved by PM CBRN.
•Obtain / maintain access to applicable government websites and obtain applicable authentication software such as a CAC card or a soft PKI certificate.
•Have the capability to receive and generate e-mail on the go provided by a “Blackberry” type service.
**Attend meetings between the Government and the Contractor to facilitate program management, technical exchanges and planning efforts. The dates, times and locations of such meetings and technical conferences shall be determined by mutual agreement between the Government and Contractor.
