Works with the software and hardware staff to implement software and enterprise-level systems. Generates system and software requirements and design documents, including models and flow diagrams. Has a good knowledge of the operating system, network, and hardware capabilities and limitations involved in system design. Maintains an awareness of new developments and technology in the software architecture field.Candidates for this position will be subject to a government background investigation. US Citizenship required.Required SkillsThis position requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of solution lead experience developing functional and technical specification documentation. Experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.Required Experience5 years experience in various technical applications and in technical writing with preference to military applications. In addition, this position shall be familiar with conducting industry/market research for identifying new products, methods and practices.
