Yoh Aviation has a contract opportunity for a Software Engineer to join our customer in St. Louis, MO.

Job Duties:  
• The real time simulation software engineer will work on the F-15E PC-based Aircrew Training Device (PCATD), PC-based Integrated Avionics Trainer (PCIAT), and Mission Training Center (MTC) Manned Combat Station (MCS) software baseline.
• This position requires the ability to develop software simulations, using multiple software languages (e.g., C, C++, Ada, and FORTRAN), and resolve software issues resulting in a multiple process application targeted for a PC based system running a Windows OS.
• Team members are required to interface with other engineering personnel, other groups, and perform HardwareSoftware Integration (HSI) tasks on the targeted platform.

Skills and Experience Needed:
• Experience developing software solutions in a timely manner and staying within a limited budget.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET is highly desired.
• Experience working on large, mixed language, multiple process applications is desired. Knowledge of F-15E avionic systems, and real time aircraft systems and weapons simulation modeling is highly desired.
• Experience in software development utilizing C and C++ is required.
• Knowledge of Ada and FORTRAN is desired.
• Requires strong written and verbal communications skills to document, communicate, and resolve design issues with software, hardware, systems and test engineering personnel.
• Prefer BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering, with strong math skills and software engineering emphasis.
