Raytheon Solipsys is an industry leader in the development of integrated C4I Network Centric Warfare solutions for both the Domestic and International DoD and this candidate will be engaged with exciting and innovative advancements in Multi-Sensor and Information Fusion and Situational Awareness Visualization technologies. The successful candidate will support and participate in the coordination, design, and execution of Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) test efforts at Raytheon Solipsys. Responsible for working with requirements and design staff to ensure that test procedures/scripts trace back to and completely exercise original requirements. Coordinate with software development groups to ensure the reporting, tracking, and resolution of test failures occur in a timely manner. Develop and perform regression tests to verify defect corrections. Provide testing reports to project staff and customer. Completes assigned work within designated times and communicates potential problems to management in a timely manner. Required Skills

Experience in software systems integration and testing with DoD contract work desired. BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or directly related degree with proven performance. Previous experience in the end-to-end application of command and control systems to air surveillance, defense, and control mission is highly desirable. Working knowledge of a Requirements Management Tool such as DOORS (preferred) or RequisitePro desired. Understanding of C++ and Java Software. Exposure to CMMI processes and standards desired. Familiararity with standard MS Office product suite applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work as part of a team. Adept at communicating with all levels (within and outside the company), ability to prepare and deliver presentations/summaries (both verbal and written) which appropriately address the intended audience. Strong analytical, quantitative, technical aptitude and process oriented.
