Space Technologies for Military Utility (Scientist)

Senior Scientist System Planning Corporation, a scientific research and development firm serving the national security community, is currently seeking an experienced professional to join its research staff. This individual will provide technical support to a DoD Government Agency in exploiting advanced space technologies and system concepts for military utility.  Candidate must have a Masters degree with at least 10 years experience, or a PhD, in engineering or physics.  Experience required in developing, executing, and assessing advanced technology and concepts related to space missions including: access to space and space infrastructure; space situational awareness; space mission protection; space mission denial; and space support to the warfighter.  Knowledge of and experience in the user environment is desirable.  US citizenship required.  Candidate must possess or be clearable to Top Secret clearance.
