The Business Management Group at ITT Space Systems Division in Ft. Wayne, IN, is looking for a Senior Business Manager. As a Senior Business Manager you will perform the lead role in planning and implementing a sound financial management and control function to support the Program Manager and Core Team in executing program cost and schedule control responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include: - Analysis of program financial information- Financial support for proposal preparation, submission, bid strategy and negotiation- Establishing and maintaining approved Earned Value Management System- Revenue and order input forecasting- EAC projections- Presentation of program financial information to customers- Provide financial direction as a member of the program Core Team.Supervisory experience is necessary for this position. The intention of this position is to place an individual who will have the capabilities and desires to manage a high performance Business Management and Control organization. This individual will be accountable for assuring compliance to all of ITT Financial controls in support of the Commercial and Space Science business segment. - Candidate will possess at least a BS degree in Finance, Business or Engineering with a minimum of ten year's business, financial or accounting experience suitable to satisfy requirements detailed above. - Candidate should be self-motivated and willing to participate in training classes necessary to respond to ITT Business objectives.- Individual should have experience managing an integrated cost schedule control function. - Experience should include working knowledge of C.A.
