Sr. Contracts Administrator

DME Corporation, a leader in the manufacturing of aviation, marine, and defense safety, simulation, and test solutions, is currently searching for a Sr. Contracts Administrator for its Orlando facility.  The Sr. Contracts Administrator oversees the administration of contracts/subcontracts for assigned programs by performing the following duties:

 

Duties / Responsibilities:

Cradle-to-grave administration of contracts/subcontracts for assigned programs.

 

Negotiation of contract price, terms and conditions with subcontractors and various prime customers. 

 

Advise and support Program Managers and Executive Management Team on contractual issues pertaining to assigned programs

 

Assist Proposal Team in the development and submission of proposals.

 

Act as liaison to Accounts Receivable Dept. on matters to invoice issuance and payment.

 

 

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  CPCM preferred.  Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Acquisition Regulations and Uniform Commercial Code.  Thorough understanding of Truth in Negotiations Act.
