Solipsys Contracts has a need for a senior level administrator in its corporate office in Fulton, Maryland. Responsibilities include:  Writing contract letters & other formal correspondence Contract negotiation & administration from inception to close-out  Lead & manage mid-large contracts/programs & subcontracts as assigned Deliverables management Maintaining records of historical information (soft & hard file) Apprising management of contractual rights and obligations and means to mitigate contractual/program risks Compiling & analyzing data (including Subcontractors) Responding to all contract & subcontract inquiries Support & participate in program reviews Review, draft & negotiate corporate agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Software Licensing, Distributor or Rep Agreements, Consulting Agreements, etc. Participating in and conducting proposal preparation Preparing & managing proposal deliverables Other duties as required Required Skills



Successful candidates must have: A Bachelors degree and a minimum of six to ten years contract administration experience in the defense industry An active DoD Secret or higher clearance for this position Extensive knowledge & experience with FAR/DFAR - some ITAR desired Exemplary writing skills Excellent organizational, interpersonal & communication skills Be proactive, a self starter & detail oriented Ability to work and learn independently and as part of a team Ability to establish and maintain strong, positive internal and external client relationships Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills a must have Project coordination skills, and ability to successfully organize, conduct and facilitate project meetings. The ability to travel if necessary Required ExperienceApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
