Tired of the beltway traffic???? Here's a great recruiting opportunity in Southern Maryland!This person will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical talent for Wyle’s Aerospace Group. The position is located in Lexington Park, MD and is a core member of Wyle’s Recruiting Integrated Project Team.Responsibilities:The individual will coordinate and conduct the talent acquisition process by working closely with the Human Capital Strategy Manager, hiring managers, and business development managers to define staffing requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. Passive candidate recruiting and creative sourcing are required. The position will involve developing and maintaining business metrics relative to talent acquisition activities.  Tasks include sourcing, screening and pre-interviewing candidates, compensation analyses, attending career fairs, and consulting with hiring managers on staffing plans and candidate selection.  Provides direction and coaches a Recruiting Assistant in performing recruiting support functions.
