Tired of the beltway traffic???? Here's a great recruiting opportunity in Southern Maryland!This person will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical talent for Wyle’s Aerospace Group. The position is located in Lexington Park, MD and is a core member of Wyle’s Recruiting Integrated Project Team.Responsibilities:The individual will coordinate and conduct the talent acquisition process by working closely with the Human Capital Strategy Manager, hiring managers, and business development managers to define staffing requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. Passive candidate recruiting and creative sourcing are required. The position will involve developing and maintaining business metrics relative to talent acquisition activities.  Tasks include sourcing, screening and pre-interviewing candidates, compensation analyses, attending career fairs, and consulting with hiring managers on staffing plans and candidate selection.  Provides direction and coaches a Recruiting Assistant in performing recruiting support functions. Travels as required.Requirements:   ** Five years recruiting experience with some experience in a DOD contracting environment ** Experience soliciting professionals and targeting people who have not applied for a position to engage their interest in Wyle ** Exceptional sourcing capabilities to identify prospective talent for positions ** Excellent sales ability to sell potential candidates on a Wyle career and discuss moving to Wyle locations ** Outstanding customer service orientation with the ability to build effective relationships and partner with hiring managers ** Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team environment ** Excellent oral and written communication skills ** Demonstrated organizational and project management skills ** Strong time management skills with experience managing multiple requisitions with diverse disciplines ** Experience producing timely and accurate reports and recruiting metrics   Desirable:** Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems ** Bachelors degree and/or PHR, CIR, or CPC  Company: Wyle Information Systems, LLC Location: Lexington Park, MD 20653 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Human Resources Occupations: Recruiting/Sourcing Relevant Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Industry: Aerospace and Defense;Government and Military;Computer/IT Services Reference Code: AeroRecr01
