Work multiple priority activities concurrently; work is primarily administrative or project oriented requiring considerable coordination and follow-through to meet time sensitive requirements. Utilize knowledge of company operations, policies and department functions in performing duties much of, which are confidential in nature, with minimal direction/supervision.  Responsibilities Include: Monitors multiple plans/RAILS to ensure timely completion of actions
Schedules appointments/meetings and closely controls calendars for multiple individuals
Monitors overall facilities, IT and other requests requiring VP approval.
Closely controls multiple meeting/conference room/travel schedules
Provides telephone coverage and responds to moderately complex inquiries
Assures complete distribution of communication and computer information
Plans complex domestic and international travel arrangements
Assists in the creation and preparation of presentations The successful candidate for this position shall have clearly demonstrated competency in the following key behaviors:

Basic Qualifications:5 years administrative experience High School Graduate or Equivalent Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Intermediate  PC Skills in Microsoft Excel Available for limited overtime if needed to assist with project deadlines Preferred QualificationsHandle multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously. Work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment. Skilled at organizing administrative processes and systems. Successfully interact with a dispersed leadership team and administrative assistants. Must be detail oriented, possess executive presence, maturity and judgment. Excellent interpersonal, detail orientation, organization and communication skills required. Strong problem solving skills that allow you to proactively anticipate requirements and potential problems. Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Must have advanced proficiency in various software programs including MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word. Interacts effectively with internal customers and handles some global communication Must have extensive experience in coordinating international and domestic travel. Must have extensive experience coordinating large group meeting that involves logistics and several service providers. Must be able to assist executive in various meetings by taking actions items and follow up.
