Location/s: Roslyn, VARelocation: NoPerformance Profile: Prepare materials for high level client meetings and presentations to executive level leadership. Coordinate executive level events such as offsite meetings, vendor visits, and professional development forums; provide support and coordination for client leadership activities at conferences and other customer facing events. Coordinate activities and projects between client competency area leads and functional team leads. Plan and execute program objectives and metrics development, in coordination with the client leadership and ensure alignment to higher level guidance and organizational execution requirements. Collect and prepare metrics and objectives accomplishment data for inclusion in quarterly reports. Prepare and facilitate weekly executive level program transition meetings to develop plans for future client requirements.Position-specific Requirements: BA/BS (preferably in computer science, engineering, or an IT field) or 10 years of relevant experience. The Public Services sector supports the DOD, requiring candidates to obtain a security clearance that requires US Citizenship. 3+ years of experience in the military or supporting a government operations position as a civilian. 4+ years experience in Microsoft Office applications. 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Project and Visio. 2+ years of program management experience.Position-specific desired skills: Operations Officer or Aid to Flag Officer preferred. Navy experience preferred. Experience in a military/government operations position Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. Have significant operations experience in a program management, acquisition, and military, and/or technical support environment. Have experience with Congressional reporting, and other government oversight and auditing processes. Technical or IT experience with a large government program; knowledge of the defense IT sector. Have received Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification.
