Sr. Java/J2EE SOA Developer

Participate in full lifecycle development (requirements definition, design, implementation, documentation, unit testing and deployment activities) of software for the US-VISIT program located in Rosslyn, Virginia. Participate in design and code reviews and follow methodologies to ensure high quality software. Required Skills: -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of software development work experience. -At least 4 years of Object Oriented Development experience in a production environment using Java and J2EE, including work with open source frameworks, build tools and IDEs. -At least 2 years of PL/SQL and/or SQL experience. -Good understanding of software development activities and processes. -Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Qualified applicants may be subject to a background investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required. Desired Skills: -Experience building SOA solutions. -Experience working with Swing and BPEL. -Experience with Oracle 10g application server.
