Senior Manager, Business Solutions Featured Location(s): NCS-North Texas Business Solutions plays a critical role in delivering Information Technology services to all of NCS: • Business Solutions helps our customers achieve breakthrough improvements in speed, quality and cost by helping them apply technology to the shaping and execution of business processes • Business Solutions team members work in integrated product teams across organizational boundaries to leverage skill sets to address broad NCS needs • Business Solutions operates in a matrix relationship with the Site Support organization to align the deployment of new NCS wide processes and technologies with local needs • Business Solutions works with the Customer Alignment Organization to align with strategic NCS needs The Business Solutions lead will report to the NCS Chief Information Officer. They will oversee an organization of 40 individual contributors and 9 direct reports and have budget responsibility for approximately $15M. Specific responsibilities include: Financial • Ensure Budget performance is between 100% and 102% of forecast • Improve ROIC by ensuring full utilization of hardware and software assets across NCS, efficient reallocation of hardware software assets, consolidation of like-work, and efficient tasking of people. • Improve ROIC by eliminating use of redundant capabilities through consolidation of legacy applications Operational • Enable NCS MSI growth by delivering integrated systems and processes that are critical to information flow across the business. • Improve NCS business and technical operations by providing integrated business applications. • With Customer Alignment manager, ensure that high priority, value added projects aligned with Corporate IT and NCS strategies are executed on time and within budget. • With Site Operations manager, ensure that new, NCS wide technologies and processes are flawlessly deployed at all NCS sites.
