Sr Planner/Scheduler/Project Controls

I have a Planner/Scheduler/Controls position in the Fairfax VA area. Provide program management support in the areas of cost and schedule control (earned value) and cost proposal generation.

Lead Program Scheduling efforts

Create and maintain Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Interface with the Program and Control Account Managers (CAM's) to assist in managing the program by providing schedule oversight and analyses, coordination and leading of IMS statusing, and earned value

Work with the Program Support team in the development of ROM estimates and proposals.

Specifically:

-Work with the program office to create, modify, evaluate, and incorporate multiple detail level schedules into an integrated master schedule including development, identification and analyses of critical paths, resource loading, and network analyses

- Integrate schedules and perform analyses, work with functional managers to identify resource conflicts and provide work-around analyses / recommendations and identify schedule impacts.

- Support the team in Earned Value reporting, develop metrics to track the progress of program efforts, and specifically assess earned value accomplishment and estimates to complete revisions.

- Support the team in the ROM requests and follow-on production efforts.

-Interact extensively with other Argon ST departments: Program Support (project cost accounting), Material Management (Purchasing and Vendors), and Accounting & Finance (i.e. milestone payment tracking, etc.)
