Senior Cost Analyst to support the Bus Ops Staff on a the Lynx Program within the CMC Product Line. Looking for an energetic team member who possesses strong self-initiative and multi-tasking skills. Needs to be able to work at hands-on detail level as well as willing to take on a leading/guiding level. Selected candidate will need to possess a high proficiency in and be knowledgeable in working with JAMIS and Wired. Key activities are to p rovide value-added "cradle-to-grave" program financial analysis support to the Program Manager - Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to the Program Manager, utilizing standard company tools, and in compliance with standard processes - This includes: Development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) - Preparation of Work Authorization Documents - Development of time-phased budgets and schedules - Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective - Measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, graphs, analysis, etc. as contractually required. Provide PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance - Prepare internal program review presentations for Raytheon management - Develop financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for submittal to customers - Monitor billing status and unbilled issues - Work with BD, Accounting and Product Line Business Manager to properly forecast and recognize Bookings/Sales/Profit and provide variance analysis for same - Support audits of financial information by internal auditors, external auditors, DCAA and other agencies - Assist with development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP's) - Participate on Raytheon Six Sigma process improvement projects. Knowledge - complete understanding of concepts and techniques related to program controls. Concepts include but are not limited to earned value management, forecasting, strategic planning, variance analysis, etc. Problem Solving - develops solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business related field with 4+ years of applicable work experience. Strong background in project controls/program controls/business management. Proficient with EVMS, cost analysis, and forecasting. Considerable experience with program controls and/or corporate finance with a classified customer. Good mathematical and analytical skills. Strong Excel skills required. Must have accomplished verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with senior levels of management and customer organizations. Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to details. MPM experience is necessary. US CITIZENSHIP WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN SSBI SECURITY CLEARANCE. Desired Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, able to work under deadline constraints. MS Project experience a plus. MBA preferred. Required Education (including Major) : Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field.
