Sr. Program Manager

Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Project/Program Management Relevant Work Experience: 10+ to 15 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) 5+ months-*Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder*Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. * PMP or other Project Management certification preferred. * 12+ years of experience with project management and software development methodologies (real world experience in delivering software in a formal SDLC process environment). * Aerospace/DoD program management experience is a definite plus. * Must be able to excel in a fast paced Web development environment. * Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving and organizational skills. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Mastery of MS Office applications, including Project. * Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.   Responsibilities: Responsible for managing eCommerce project managers and multiple eCommerce technology projects of moderate to high complexity, from conception to completion. Provides leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams to ensure successful implementation. Creates comprehensive, realistic project schedules, reflecting detailed task breakdowns, milestones, dependencies, and available resources. Participates in resource leveling and management of scarce resources. Effectively communicates project schedules, budgets, project plans, and status reports cross-functionally and to customers and partners. Mentors Project Managers on project management principles and best practices.
