Sr. RF Microwave Design Engineering Specialist

This position is a Senior level RF/Microwave Engineer who will lead R& D development of new filter designs. The individual will perform the following functions: • Will Design filters, multiplexers, and other passive microwave devices, for flight production, and support non-recurring and recurring phases. • Will support proposal and new business development through analysis of payload filtering requirements. Perform analysis / trades to guide payload architecture. • Use advanced design techniques, including FEM, mode matching and circuit analysis. Have expertise in the use of software such as ADS and CST microwave studio. • Must have hands on experience with RF test equipment, including network analyzers and high power equipment. Minimum Requirements: Candidate must have strong experience in passive microwave design. Experience with microwave multiplexers is a plus. Skills must include extensive experience with computer aided design tools such as ADS (or equivalent), CST microwave studio (or equivalent). Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Computer programming experience with C and/or Visual basic is preferred. Ten years of industry related experience (eight years with MSEE); minimum of three years of technical supervision is desired.
