Sr Software Engineer I (FCS GSI)

FCS GSI develops, integrates, qualifies and supports platform installation of ground sensor suites for the Future Combat Systems Program. Job Description: Responsible for component development within the distributed communication adaptor (DCA) software application. DCA embedded software, hosted on VxWorks COTS processors, adapts message traffic between the various communication domains within the ground sensor suite. Required Skills: « C/C++. Object oriented software design. « Unit test on embedded target hardware. « Embedded, hard real-time software development. « Real-time operating system platform application development. Desired Skills: « Software design with UML. « VxWorks application development. « EO/IR sensor application development experience. « Real-time middleware. « System integration and test. « Signal or image processing software application development. « Development using mature software processes (e.g. CMMI Level 3 or above).
