Sr Tech Support Engineer I

RTSC is currently anticipating opportunities supporting the Aviation Technical Maintenance & Support Services (ATMSS) Contract. Hiring for these opportunities are based upon contract funding. RTSC’s Field Operations Cross Business Team (CBT) is currently seeking a Project Coordinator who possesses the expertise to supervise multiple projects and teams working at numerous sites at varying states of the installation cycles, as well as managing schedules, costs and manpower loading. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work on complex assignments and manage multiple issues as well as prioritize tasks to ensure a high level of success. You must be able to work productively within a multi-functional engineering team environment and interface effectively with Program and Engineering Management. You will ensure a positive work environment, achieving program goals and objectives, and promote continual improvement using R6sigma methods. Position requires travel to customer locations nationally and internationally. Required Skills: As a Project Coordinator, you must have a BS degree in a Technical Field with "hands-on" experience. You should have a minimum of eight (8) years of practical experience in the field of electronics repair, installation, maintenance and checkout and two (2) years experience in supervision. Of the eight (8) years of practical experience, you should have a minimum of five (5) years coordinating multiple projects in the field of ATC equipment and systems. You must have the willingness and ability to travel to various sites at domestic or international locations. You must have the ability to obtain a security clearance. Required Education : A Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field.
