Minimum Qualifications:Ideal candidate shall possess a High School Diploma or GED, plus a minimum of six years of experience. Prior work experience in an aerospace/engineering environment is a plus. Ability to obtain FOUO background clearance is required.Skills Needed:Demonstrated experience utilizing PC hardware. Demonstrate working knowledge of Windows environment software including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Microsoft Access. Excellent oral and written communications are a must. Experience working with all levels of personnel, including middle and upper management also a must. must be able to balance work responsibilities with strict time constraints.Duties Specific to the Position:Performs a wide variety of duties such as word processing, presentation, meeting/appointment scheduling, filing, document scanning for long-term storage, correspondence, maintain supplies, timesheet coordination, answering phones, travel scheduling and expense report preparation and tracking. Administrative support for all accounting staff and group controller. Other duties as assigned.EOE/M/F/D/V HS or equivalent experience and four years of related experience is required.
