Strategic Mgr./Mergers & Aquisition

This position reports directly to the AFS BU President. As the Strategy Manager you will be partnering with the BU President and his staff to develop business materials for deployment of the overall strategy of AFS (Organic + Inorganic, Global Growth investments, Productivity).  You will also assist in the deployment, benchmarking and implementation of the Operating systems & indicators as required for the success of the business.

In your role you will attend and participate meetings within the AFS Business unit (USA and Europe) and also be attending meeting at the Group BU and Corporation levels.

Requirements: We are looking for a candidate that posses:High analytical and mathematical skills.  Exceptional drive and energy, self motivated, high level of intellect and present him/her in a professional manner Confident to speak with multiple client levels on behalf of the Business Unit President. Strong project management skills; self-directed and results-orientated aptitude.

The position requires frequent travels within

 USA and abroad.

Education and experience:Must be an MBA graduate from a top MBA schools in the US within the last 7-10 yearsPrefer MBA in Stategy or FinanceEngineering background is a plus. Strong financial & analytical skills. Posses excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Special Qualifications: At least 3 yrs. of consultant work  with the consultant group McKinsey & Co. or The Boston Group
