Sub Contract Manager - Aerospace Cabin Interiors

As a SubContract Manager you will be responsible for managing and directing development program activities at key suppliers of complex engineered products.  You will oversee supplier activities ranging from engineering, contracts, program management, and quality, interfacing with the corresponding Monogram departments, and taking responsibility for the program success in meeting its technical, schedule and cost objectives. The qualified candidate will be experienced with technical and commercial negotiations, identification and resolution of program risks, strategic decision making, and communicating progress and plans in a succinct manner to all levels of management.  The qualified candidate should have a technical undergraduate degree supplemented by business training, experience in program management, commercial negotiations, aerospace product development, and a solid understanding of ERP systems.
