SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Detail oriented and highly motivated individual with aptitude for quick learning, good computer foundation and knowledge thereof, and technically fundamental and functionality with communication skills. Possess solid record of ensuring consistent, optimum use of resources as systems and network administrator. Demonstrated capacity to establish user accounts, environments and directories; to troubleshoot and correct simple as well as complex technical problems; and to help to enhance operations and communications with technical support. Able to be skilled at streamlining and improving overall system performance in our environments. Experience in managing multiple projects, possess strong and friendly personality and communication skills and have the ability to work effectively in the aerospace manufacturing team environment

•Solid work ethic in delivering high quality service to customers. .
•Detail minded, perceptive, can identify and correct problems impeding organizational progress and performance.
•Use of computer skills in daily activities as well as excellent technical skills and knowledge.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

•Experience with computer software/hardware troubleshooting and technical support in a business environment.
•Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, virus and spyware removal, backup and data recovery, building computers, and setting up and configuring networks is a must.
•Diversified in using and installing multiple operating systems including: Red Hat Linux, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 2003 Small Business Server.
•Experience using: Microsoft Office, Macromedia Flash, Postfix, Active Directory for Windows 2003 Small Business Server, and Quantum Control.
•Experience configuring and troubleshooting: LAN, Wireless Networks, and TCP/IP protocols.

•MCSA and A+ certifications are a plus.
