Primary Responsibilities / Qualifications Needed 5 years work experience in System/Software engineering or engineering-related field; Knowledge of System/Software testing methods; Knowledge of C4ISR System/Software testing preferred; Ability to understand and track System/Software Requirements, and determine whether or not such requirements are being satisfied based on the IPT specification(s); Ability to review System/Software test documentation and provide technical feedback; Ability to write Documentation Review Reports; Ability to support Preliminary Design Reviews and Critical Design Reviews by assessing System/Software maturity; Good communication skills (both oral & written) to support technical discussion throughout various levels of management.
