Systems Engineer II - COLLEGE

This is an administrative No Post requisition only to accommodate college new grad job codes based on bachelors or masters degree type. This req will be used to accommodate the payroll systems requirement for 1 job code per req however college grads are graded based on degree type, Master's degrees are E02 level but have similar skill and responsibility requirements. Job Description: Applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to solve problems. Contributes to the completion of project/program milestones under the specific guidance of his/her immediate supervisor. Follows established SE processes and procedures. Supports the development, documentation and maintenance/management of operations concepts, requirements (system, element, segment, or subsystem level), external and internal interfaces, and other systems engineering work products/artifacts. Works closely with other Integrated Product Team members in order to achieve program success. Must have good written and verbal communications skills. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint). Occasional travel may be required. Required Skills: · Masters degree in a Related Engineering Science, Science, or Math discipline · Minimum Overall GPA Required: 3.0 · A bility to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines as demonstrated by successful coursework or work experience. · Positive attitude and the motivation to work in a highly dynamic environment · Demonstrated ability for good written communication of processes through coursework or work experience · Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) US CITIZENSHIP WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN SSBI SECURITY CLEARANCE.
