PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

Systems Integration Engineer to help plan, design, test, implement and maintain Wiki and portal software and applications.

 

REQUIREMENT - Strong candidate will have the following skills: 

 US Citizen – must be clearable to obtain a Secret Clearance (Active DoD Secret preferred)Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field5+ years applicable experience, ideally with integrationUnix Scripting a MUSTOracleUnix Environment

 

Ability to work with stakeholders identifying functionality and technical impacts.  Must have experience in design and technical planning.  Must have detailed knowledge and experience with Unix scripting.  Must have experience working with Oracle and Veritas. Must have detail knowledge of integration of systems and stove pipe systems.  Must possess good interpersonal skills.

 

STRONGLY PREFERRED:  Application Install and Automation experience with one or more of the following: Opsware Server Automation System, Netegrity Siteminder, Micromuse NetCool, or SunONE Web Server. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

Ability to generate and document system and user requirements and/or functionality.  Participate in technical planning and design sessions. Help develop and execute test cases. Integrate and implement solutions within the enterprise. Provide administrative and maintenance support.

Well versed in Integration processes and tools.  Detailed knowledge of Unix scripting in Bourne, Bash, Perl and Tcl/Tk. Experience with Oracle and Veritas clustering and file systems. Knowledge of network storage systems and experience (EMC, Network Appliances).
