A world leading supplier of tooling for large, complex composite parts is currently searching for full time Toolmakers/Jig Builders. 

Job Duties and responsibilities of this position are to complete the final assembly of the tool.  This involves installing details such as bushings, lift rings, and vacuum hoses into metal tools (invar, steel and aluminum).  Because these items must be installed in the correct location on the tool to the correct tolerance, the applicant/employee must have knowledge of and experience with GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).

Higher levels of this position will be capable of using a laser tracker to set details in the correct location or perform a final inspection of the contour and hole positions.  The ability integrate a CAD model using Catia V5 is a definite plus.
