Job Description

 

RTI is seeking a Training Analyst to support the TRADOC Life Long Learning Program housed at Fort Monroe in Hampton, VA.

 

TRADOC has transitioned from a stand alone resident training and distributed learning environment organization to a pioneering institution that provides synchronous education 24/7, to Soldiers at every unit level.  The Training Analyst will provide key support to the TRADOC LLC Program. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

The Training Analyst will support provide planning, program analysis, information dissemination, monitoring milestone completion, agenda development and coordination for the LLC (Lifelong Learning Centers) Council of Colonels, as well as other activities that support the development and implementation of the LLC effort. 

 

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

• Provide day to day LLC program support to include developing LLC program strategy, plans, policy, and information dissemination.

• Coordinate for the development of LLC implementation plans at all TRADOC Centers of Excellence, Schools, and Activities.

• Recommend initial, interim, and objective actions as well as milestones necessary to accomplish the LLC mission and goals.

• Coordinate, and attend conferences, briefings, and CoC meetings to refine the TRADOC implementation of the LLC.

• Prepare weekly and monthly informational briefings/status updates. 

 

Qualifications 

 

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

• Extensive, recent exposure to the Army Training Programs within TRADOC.

• 10 -15 years experience in current U.S. Army training and requirement definitions.

• Understanding of government requirements related to budgets and requirement definitions.
