Ultra Electronics - EMS Development Corporation is actively seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of new business opportunities in the civil aerospace, US government and defense market sector.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead capture teams to create win strategies. Take ownership of the technical and cost proposal effort. Advise strategic next moves and IR&D projects. Some travel required (including international).

Education & Experience BA or BS degree in Engineering or technical field is required; additional business or marketing degree is preferred. Minimum 10 years of related experience, preferably in electrical power conversion and electronics systems engineering; military vehicle electrical power systems experience a strong plus. Demonstrated success in business development with prime aerospace and defense contractors, US government agencies and other related industries. Must have or be able to get U.S. secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
