Technical Instructor

The position is for Technical Instructors for the Navy Computer Network Operations (CNO) curriculum development and instruction. As a Technical Instructor the successful candidate must be able to review requirements for training objectives, review existing resources materials for immediate reuse, and provide technical guidance in the area of course development, Computer Network Operations (CNO), and Information Operations (IO). The successful candidate must also demonstrate skills for training integration, curriculum development, and developing and implementing training in a military environment. The Technical Instructor must have a working knowledge of technical interface with the customer on additional broad areas to include; processes involved in curriculum development, instructional design, and delivery methods including requirements definition, analysis, design, implementation, test, operations research applications as well as integration, and life-cycle support. The primary emphasis of this position is to focus specific military personnel selected to participate in a new highly competitive field of Computer Network Operations to model specific software and hardware capabilities in a new and challenging environment.
