Job Description

ePower LLC is rapidly emerging as a world leader in custom electric motors and generators for critical defense and renewable energy applications. We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead the design and development of our high performance electric drive components. If you have the right skills, experience and passion, this could be your chance to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new field with an outstanding company.

ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage and direct programs in electric machine development and demonstration for military and industrial applications Direct the daily deployment of engineering resources to meet contractual requirements of cost, schedule and performance Establish best practices and processes for prototyping and new product development, including formal design reviews and inter-company teams Plan and conduct internal and customer program reviews Represent ePower in business discussions with customers and suppliers, including weekly team teleconferences and written status reports, as well as formal meetings

RequirementsB.S./M.S. in mechanical or electrical engineering Minimum of five years experience as Program Manager or Assistant on DoD programs Demonstrated expertise in problem solving, collaboration and team leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Project (PMP certification and Earned Value experience desired) Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills U.S. citizenship required
