Technical Subcontracts Manager

Technical Subcontract Manager (TSM) for the Raytheon MIND program. The MIND program is a Mission Integration and Development effort for a classified customer. With offices in the Mid-Atlantic, Texas, California, and other locations, the MIND program is responsible for integrating numerous space- and ground-based systems and providing a state-of-the-art infrastructure that can easily add new capabilities. The MIND TSM is a technical expert that is responsible for leading and managing the technical subcontracting aspects of the MIND embedded software contract. The MIND TSM serves as the single point of contact that owns the technical content of the subcontract, spanning hardware, software, and systems. Responsibilities for the MIND TSM include: - Managing all subcontracting aspects of the contract - Developing the technical specifications for the subcontractor - Conducting technical reviews and assessments - Supporting the identification and evaluation of subcontract technical risks and mitigation approaches - Reviewing subcontract deliverables - Maintaining frequent interface with corresponding subcontractor technical representative - Providing subcontractor technical status to program management Required Skills: - Extensive EVMS knowledge within the DoD/Intel environments - Active TS/SCI clearance - Knowledge of embedded software systems. - Strong personality able to deal with variety of teammates with similar personalities - Ability to work as a team while also being able to represent the best interests of Raytheon - 10+ years of engineering and engineering management experience required Desired Skills: - FPGA experience within the IC community - Experience with hardware-focused system development Required Education (including Major): BS in a technical field, MS desired.
