Description







General Engineering Support

Provide Support in Executing Design Verification and Validation Studies, i.e. executing protocols.  Perform DOE testing and collect data for Process Characterization Studies. Prepare Metallographic Samples for weld evaluation



Become the department expert in operating the following test equipment:  Tension and Compression testers, Impact Testers  Fatigue Testers Other mechanical and materials test tools Setup and Operate the following Process Equipment Lasers, welders  Molding tools

 Help generate and process Engineering Change Orders for the following documents:  Assembly Procedures Travelers Parts Lists (BOM) Material SpecsEngineering Specs  Parts, Assemblies, and Tool Drawings

 General Department Support  Maintain Clean Room and Lab Equipment  Preventative Maintenance Calibration Purchase Supplies and Maintain the Clean Room Maintain the DI Water System Procure Quotes and Order Materials from Outside Vendors Procure Materials from the Stock Room  Procure Quotes for New Tools, & Equipment

 Experience
