Territory Sales Manager - Cleveland

Sioux Tools, Inc, part of the Commercial and Industrial Group of Snap-on Tools, is seeking a successful sales professional to join us as a Territory Sales Manager for its Cleveland, Ohio sales region. 

 

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the achievement of the annual sales plan by managing and supporting the activities of our distributors.  Primary focus of the strategy is to increase market share in core competent markets while identifying tangent market opportunities, working closely with marketing and engineering departments to identify current and new products to such opportunities.

   

Requirements

 

- Previous successful sales experience in the INDUSTRIAL Sales environment through partnering with the Distribution channel

 

-Minimum 5 years successful sales experience ideally in the tool business or similar products

 

-Strong organizational skills required to manage territory.

 

- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with individuals at all organizational levels

 

- Able to travel overnight

 

- Bachelor in Business or Marketing desirable
