UAV Pilots & Sensor Operators

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform operation and test of production Medium Altitude Endurance (MAE) UAV’s and related equipment.
· Provide feedback to engineering teams on aircraft performance and problems.
· Prepare detailed post-flight test reports.
· Will be located at Las Vegas but some travel to isolated locations will be required.
· Due to out-of-area operation requirements, candidate must be available to work overtime.
· Will act as primary contact with customer and lead all flight acceptance test activity.
· Will Lead Pre-acceptance flight test activity and support other Operators during acceptance tests.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
· MUST HAVE 2 plus years experience in UAV operations.
. MUST be able to obtain a government security clearance.
· Aviation background preferred. Military experience a plus.
· Familiar with overall aircraft electronic systems and flight characteristics.
· Ability to be an effective team member.
· Should have good oral and written communication skills.
· Possess extensive patience in dealing with difficult operating environments.
· Should understand customer marketing interface.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills.
· Must pay strict attention to Safety Regulations.
This position requires you have access to data and technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants cannot be hired until they are qualified to have such access.
