# Verifies criteria required by Eclipse Aviation and/or Supplier for a
warranty submittal.
# Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the
appropriate accounting schedule.
# Posts credits on computer.
# Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to
write them off.
# Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.

Job Functions/Work Summary
# Processes warranty claims on a timely basis from each Service Center
and/or Customer and strive to identify parts that fail prematurely.
#Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
# Works with Supply chain and/or Engineering to track warranty parts for
supplier investigation, repair, replacement and/or disposition dates as
required.
# Works with Material handlers to properly disposition hardware.
Keeps informed of all design changes, technical communications and
service bulletins.
# Assists Service Center network with customer warranty claims as
needed.
# Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
#Performs other duties as assigned.
